This lovely, well maintained 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom home is located on a tidal inlet on Drummer Cove in South Wellfleet. The interior is spacious, open, airy, and furnished nicely. The deck is a nice place to enjoy the outdoors and take in the marsh views, and the yard offers plenty of space to throw a ball around with the kids. Non-refundable $250.00 fee (includes administrative fee and damage waiver insurance) Fee plus applicable state and local taxes. There is a minimum rental of four consecutive weeks between 11/1/21-6/1/22. Linen package is available at additional cost upon request.

We had a great week at the Cape in this rental. The house had the perfect design for our family. The downstairs bedroom was private with a full bath and the upstairs bedrooms and kitchen/ family room was comfortable. It was difficult to adjust the A/C in the downstairs, colder than we wanted it. Well stocked kitchen, short drives to the beach, downtown Wellfleet and the bike path. Beautiful view of Drummer Cove. The charcoal grill needed updating and and need an extra outdoor chair for six guests and an umbrella.

Our second year at this property was just as great as the first one! Beautiful views, well equipped kitchen and comfortable beds. We were lucky to stay for 6 weeks and did not want to leave!

I was very pleased with the house, had good flow, cathedral ceilings, well stocked kitchen and a TV room in the basement which was great for the kids. Convenient to both bay and ocean beaches.

Place was the cleanest we have ever rented in over 20 years. The queen bed (firm but not hard) was unbelievably comfortable and we slept great for the 5 weeks we were there! It has high end pots and pans which made cooking easier on an electric stove. View ad breeze from the water kept the house cool all day and night.

This house is spectacular. It is the cleanest I have rented (in 10 recent times) and it is gorgeous: open and airy inside, with much more space than I could see from the photos. The master bedroom is magnificent, with its view and space. Even the downstairs bedroom has a similar view. Everything you'd want or need, was here. I was sadly only able to make it for one-half of my rental time but a few days were like a week.

Nestled near a beautiful cove, the area was pleasantly quiet with the exception of the occasional exotic bird. The house was clean & comfortable with all the amenities needed. Just 2 minutes to the beach and 6 minutes to Wellfleet center. Quite convenient.
