This adorable home is under a minute to JFK Memorial park Veterans Beach, and Veterans Memorial Park featuring swings, children's playground, and BBQ/picnic area. It is nestled in the waterfront privacy of cattails and marsh grass at the end of a dead end road. Just a little further is Kalmus Beach. The dining, shopping, and entertainment of Main St. Hyannis is very close as well! Enjoy the large waterfront front yard for yard games and simply relax on the front porch and watch the wildlife meander in the salt water behind the home. Within the home all in your party can easily spread out yet remain together in the large adjoining family room, dining room, and kitchen. On one end of the home find a full bathroom with a tub, a bedroom with a queen bed, and another with two sets of bunk beds (4 twin mattresses total). The primary bedroom with queen bed, private deck, and en-suite bath with jetted tub and separate shower is at the opposite end of the house. There is parking for 4 vehicles. BOOK NOW!!
