This is a lovely 4 bedroom, 2 bath rental within walking distance of the restaurants and shops in Harwich Port town center and just under half a mile to the sandy beaches on Nantucket Sound. This rental is located in a little neighborhood and offers comfort and convenience for your summer vacation. On the first floor is a nicely equipped kitchen with all the necessities and extras like a coffee grinder and an electric skillet. There is a large dining area and living room with a flat screen TV and ihome docking station. The primary bedroom is also on the first floor and is furnished with a king bed and flat screen TV. On the 1st floor there is also a full bathroom with tub and shower that has just been renovated. The second floor features 3 bedrooms, a tv area and another full bathroom with a tub and shower. The upstairs bedrooms have 2 twins, 2 twins and a double bed respectively. There are 2 TV's (one flat screen, one standard) on the second level with cable in one of the twin bedrooms. Other amenities of this great rental property are AC units in 3 of the 4 bedrooms, wifi access and an outdoor shower for rinsing off after a day at the beach. A gas grill is also available on the deck for evening barbeques. NOTE: No Pets. No exceptions. Owners have allergies. Non-refundable $250.00 fee (includes administrative fee and damage waiver insurance) plus applicable state and local taxes. Linen package is available upon request
