Michelle Sylvia rental collection home. Great location and new for 2022 rental season. Steps to a sandy beach! Sit on the porch and sip your morning coffee while you decide what to do for the day. First floor has brand new kitchen, two bedrooms [1 king and 2 queens] and two full baths [ all baths are new] , Living Room, Family room and dining as well as screened in porch. Make your way to the second floor where there are three bedrooms [ bunk set and twin, 2 queens] and two full [ new] bathrooms. Home has central air for your comfort and a large yard with seating, fire pit, gas grill and outdoor shower. Just a short distance away is a sandy beach, Sea View Park with tennis courts, playground as well as a walking path. Pets considered with owner approval. Lower level has game room for family fun.
Robert Paul Vacation Rental bookings include a non-refundable $250 fee that includes administrative fee and damage waiver insurance for self-reported incidental damage up to $1,000.00. We have been vacationing at the Cape for over 30 years. It started out as just two of us, then four of us, and now 11. We have always stayed in either Dennis or Dennisport as it’s a central location. The rental at 12 Birch Hill Rd. is ideal for our family size. It’s a great location just a few houses away from the beach. The house is in very good condition and has many amenities especially the game room in the basement. This is our second year renting at this location and we will most likely continue.

We stayed at 12 Birch Hill for a family of 10 vacation in August. We started our trip with a quick walk to the beach, it's right across the main street!! It was awesome to be so close to the beach, especially with young kids. We had a lobster bake on the back patio. There's plenty of room for entertaining. The kids LOVED the basement with pool table, air hockey and foosball. The beds were all comfortable, and everyone had their own space. We enjoyed coffee and breakfast in the screened porch area. It's a house that's very convenient to all Dennisport has to offer! Thank you so much for a wonderful stay!

We had such a great time while staying at 12 Birch Hill Rd, Dennisport, MA! The house was beautiful; very clean and well maintained with updated kitchen and baths. It was equipped with so many activities for the kids and adults too. The views of the ocean were amazing! We had access to a private beach that we all loved! Such a feeling of privacy in the back yard while being minutes to the beach. Many wonderful memories for our family! We’re planning our trip back next year.
This place is ideal for us and we're having a great time. Love the proximity to the beach. This home is perfect. Second year and looking forward to more.
