The adjoining room has the spiral staircase and a bonus twin bed, and the first floor full bathroom with a shower.

Up the spiral staircase and the second floor has two spacious bedrooms, one with a gorgeous view of the marsh, and there's the upstairs deck, which also has a view. The owners provide beach chairs, towels, coolers, tennis rackets, linens, beach games and a beach umbrella.
