Welcome to Great Island on Nantucket Sound, a private enclave of homes rich with culture where families summer year after year. This expansive property sleeps 10 comfortably and offers central A/C. A winding path leads to your exclusive PRIVATE BEACH. The unique tri level lay out creates ample space to spread out. The main level features an open layout with a fully equipped kitchen (new appliances), dining and living area, flat screen TV, plenty of seating, and half bath. This level also offers a bonus sleeping room with a king bed and TV. On the lower level you will find more open living space and three bedrooms (two with a queen bed each and another with 2 twins) all with TVs! The queen bedrooms share a Jack & Jill bathroom with shower. There is also a 2nd full bath with shower on this level as well as a second living area with ample seating, a flat screen TV, a bar area with sink, an additional dining area, laundry, and a sun lit desk work space. On the top floor find a spacious primary bedroom with king bed and en-suite bathroom with a oversized sized tub with shower. This room offers a private balcony. Most of the outside areas and decks are water facing and equipped with a seating for lounging or eating. Take advantage of the grill and a hot tub! The sunlit interior, multiple floors, and outdoor spaces all combine to create a home that is ideal for beach vacation living or grand scale entertaining. Enjoy this coastal setting looking over a rolling green lawn out to the sand dunes on Nantucket Sound. Non-refundable $250.00 Administrative Security Fee plus applicable state and local taxes.

Personnel at Robert Paul were really helpful and very responsive.
The house was great, and what was expected based on how it was advertised. Which is really terrific.
My only suggestion would be To supply linens and towels in the future.
It’s a very bulky To travel with this much linens for a one week visit.
Would definitely visit again!

Overall, we were happy with the house but some of the guests have physical limitations so the front steps without a railing were problematic. Not sure it's even up to code. One mattress is very soft. The location was great because other family members were on Great Island Road.

The best part of this property was just a 5 minute walk to a private beach. However the AC was not working the entire time we were there despite calls to have it fixed. When a rep from an AC company came on our last day at the house, he assessed the problems on 2 different units but was not prepared to fix the problems. A ceiling fan in the living area stopped working a few days after we arrived. Being a tri-level home with staircases on both sides of the main living area, there was a total of 6 stairs that had to be blocked since we had a total of 3 toddlers/infant. Even though the photos showed 8 kitchen chairs, there were only 7. An outlet in one of the bedrooms had no cover plate but it was fixed by the handyman who came promptly after we reported it. The doorknob in one of the bathrooms was broken and comes off. Drinks were left in the downstairs fridge by the last renters which I thought could have been removed by the cleaning company. Appliances were new and clean. Good quality pots and pans and utensils to cook with.

the location was great and the home wonderful for our only complaint was the owner should replace the old and broken toilet seats along with making sure the ants are fully gone before renting.
