The first level also has a full bath and 2 bedrooms, one with a double sized bed and the second with 2 twins. The Primary Bedroom on the second level has a queen sized bed and private balcony. This home offers great amenities such as wireless internet, flat-screen TV & Blu-Ray DVD player. Expanded cable, enclosed outdoor shower and gas grill! Non-refundable $250.00 fee (includes administrative fee and damage waiver insurance) Fee plus applicable state and local taxes. Linen Package is available upon request.

4 of us shared this home. It was very clean. We enjoyed the large deck, comfy bedrooms, outdoor shower and private setting. It's close to town - although a partial walk uphill coming home.

The house is clean and spacious, but gets very warm due to the exposure and skylights. Owner cancelled on us after we had signed the lease for 2022, so we can't give a good rating.

Very good experience overall. Pros: Clean, spaciousy house, well-stocked kitchen, all appliances worked. We appreciated the fans.
Cons: Living room sofas were smelly and very uncomfortable; no other comfortable seating to watch TV. Time to replace them!

We were very happy with our stay here. The house was clean and well-equipped for our stay, with a wonderful back deck for outdoor dining and outdoor shower for cleaning off the sand and salt after a day at the beach. Our only complaint was the lack of air conditioning, though the house was reasonably comfortable by evening with the liberal use of fans. We loved being able to walk to town for dining, ice cream, and shopping. We will be back!
We arrived to a typical house. Nothing fancy or updated. Breakfast for our family is most important to eat at home. The toaster was broken!! Yikes. A family of 6 needs a toaster. A new one can the 6th day out of our 7. The faucet dripped in the master bedroom and the electric outlet in the master bath did not work.
