Sleeping 14 people comfortably in beds, you and your guests will have plenty of space to spread out and enjoy your vacation. Central AC will keep you cool on those balmy summer evenings. An outdoor shower makes rinsing off the sand after a day at the beach a breeze. A large open space on the main floor features a TV area, billiards table, large dining table and an updated kitchen. The lower level features a games area with another TV and a back up kitchen for extra space! Tenants provide their own linens and towels. No pets or smoking please. Subject to applicable taxes and fees. All Robert Paul Vacation Rental bookings include a non-refundable $250 fee that includes administrative fee and damage waiver insurance for self-reported incidental damage up to $1,000.00. Upon receipt of a booking request, an agent will reach out to discuss additional security protection which may be required at this property.

The house is large with a great layout and is more than adequate for 12 adults and 2 babies. The house has many amenities; more than outlined in the listing. The game room and the second kitchen were popular with the late night guests.
There were some maintenance issues occurring during our stay which did not get resolved.

The pool was really nice spent a lot of time in the pool. Plenty of room for everyone. Nice area.

No complaints, no issues during our stay. House was clean and had everything we needed including kayaks and a paddle board that can be used right off the backyard down to a nice pond. There are several beaches to choose from but we thoroughly enjoyed grays beach With its endless sand bars and shallow pools great for the kids. Minutes to shopping and grocery stores as well. We had a great week.
