Just .3 miles away is Crystal Lake, a freshwater pond where you are likely to catch one or two of the Lake’s neighbors on their paddle boards! If rolling waves and sea-shelling are your thing, check out the surf at Nauset Beach on the Atlantic Ocean, a quick ride—only 3.5 miles away. The home’s first floor has a fully equipped, open kitchen and dining area that seats 8, opening to a comfy sun-filled 3-season porch—the perfect spot to enjoy your morning coffee. Nothing says Summer like a barbeque. An expansive deck off the kitchen features outdoor furniture and a gas grill that leads to a second level patio area. The first floor features an en-suite primary bedroom with a king bed. The second floor has 2 bedrooms; one with a queen bed and the other with a set of bunkbeds and a twin trundle. A full bathroom with a tub accommodates both second-floor bedrooms. The finished lower level features a full bathroom, a bedroom with a king bed and an extra living area that has a slider that leads out to the private back yard. The recently converted space over the two-car garage has a bonus room featuring a regulation ping pong table. The home was spectacular! Very clean and in great condition. The only glitch was no fault of the home, the garbage was never picked up but with a call the the rental office it was handled!

Once again we had a wonderful vacation on the Cape with our family! Weather was perfect & this house is amazing, it was our 8th year renting this property! Every year there is something new, this year it was a new fridge & the old one was in the garage which helped with the overflow of groceries & there was a new king bed in the master bedroom!
We’ll definitely be back next year!

House was exactly how it was pictured and described. Clean and very open and airy. Love how it was very private yet still close to all the shops and beaches. It literally had everything you could possibly need. Central AC worked great and there was even a bunch of kids beach toys and chairs in garage! I would absolutely stay here again.

We had such a wonderful week!, plus the weather was cooperative! The house was amazing plenty of room for my family and the location was perfect! Very quiet area which we all loved, & very private. Very close to the beach as well! I’ve been renting this house for 7 years & I'm always excited to come back. I would definitely recommend this property.

The house was nice, but there were some issues. The air conditioning was set to a timer that we were not able to control via the smart thermostat. We had to contact the realtor (who did not respond to a phone message for days and we had to email to get their attention), they contacted the owner who adjusted it remotely. The ice maker did not work so we had to purchase ice (another inconvenience). One bedroom had a mattress that was so high you needed a ladder to get in it. The enclosed porch reeked. No, it was not the usual Cape Cod mustiness. It was more of a chemical smell that did not dissipate even with all the windows open, making that space unusable. It is located down a potholed dirt road. A heads up on that point would have been nice. I cannot recommend either this property or the property management.
