(first floor bedroom has a full bed, 3 2nd floor bedrooms have queen beds and one room has 2 bunkbeds((4 twin mattresses)), third floor room has one queen and two twins) Almost every room in this home offers an ocean view. Walk to the award-winning Ocean House Restaurant for fine dining or cocktails and casual dining at the Ocean House Beach Bar. You do not want to miss out on this great home! *Electronic surveillance, exterior driveway* Non-refundable $250.00 fee (includes administrative fee and damage waiver insurance) plus applicable state and local taxes. We first rented this house in August, 2021 for a family vacation at the Cape. We are a family of 5 and we’re looking for a Covid safe getaway and found this house with a private beach. The house looked so beautiful on the website and we were thrilled to find it in perfect condition exactly as it is shown on the website. The house has everything you will need from a fully stocked kitchen to beach chairs and umbrellas. We had such a great time we decided to stay again this past August, 2022. Our daughter and her boyfriend are Boston College grads and live in Boston so this has become the perfect family vacation for parents from California. My only complaint is a week of family fun goes by too quickly.

A slight issue with the refrigerator staying cold. Made several calls and about 4 days in an appliance service representative came and had to clean out the condenser under the fridge which he explained was the issue and thus totally solved the problem.
The air conditioner in the second bedroom to the right was/is making a grinding noise and the handyman Dan Thompson could not fix.
If you need further details please let me know.

Absolutely beautiful house. Views were amazing. Plenty of space and there’s literally everything you would need there (except sheets and towels which was stated in the description of the home so wasn’t an issue). Our family will 100% go back !!

Amazing space to relax in. The house is renovated with top of the line appliances, a full game room, comfortable furniture and even memory foam mattresses! The location lives up to the pictures - a lush lawn and rock wall/flower garden leads down to the stairs to your private beach. The house is furnished like a home, not a rental, with every little detail provided for. Highly recommended!

The home is always incredibly clean, well appointed and comfortable. It is evident that the owners care for this home as there seems to always be some upgrades being made. This year my grandson loved the new bunkbeds in "his bedroom"!
