10 Moss Road, W. Yarmouth

We have been renting on the Cape for 8 years and this property is by far the BEST we have found to accommodate our extended family as well as our beloved black Lab! This house truly has it ALL - perfect location in Yarmouth, close to everything including grocery stores and our favorite fish market! We enjoyed the added security of being in a gated community with just a short walk (5 minutes) to the beautiful shores of Nantucket Sound with private beach access. We were often the only family on the beach! Two master suites with full bathrooms as well as two other large bedrooms and two additional full bathrooms were absolutely perfect for our needs. (The home also has two pull-out couches for sleeping). We also enjoyed the well-equipped kitchen for cooking meals together. The house was very clean, and the family/dining area was spacious for everyone to be comfortable together. We were definitely fans of the central vacuum upstairs and downstairs to keep the sand at bay! The in-ground pool and hot tub made our trip even more memorable. What a great addition! We are already looking forward to our return. Alyssa and Ofer were always readily available to promptly answer questions about the house to plan our trip. Thank you for renting your beautiful home!!

Beautiful home, very easily accommodated 8 people with plenty of kitchen and hang out space, large table, lovely pool and an easy walk with option to drive the "gear" to a very private comfortable beach! Beds were more than comfortable and house was well air conditioned for a very hot week. I've rented in this area for years and by far this was the nicest home.

Planning a family vacation which included 8 adults, (one in her ninth Month of pregnancy) and a 1 yr old baby, to an unfamiliar location was difficult, given everyone's diverse priorities , but we luckily found the perfect home in this rental. Everything worked out well, from the uncomplicated check in procedure , through our departure.The house is spacious and beautifully appointed- much larger than I anticipated from the listing photos. Even on the 3 days we were at full occupancy, everyone could find privacy, if needed, but could also gather comfortably in the common spaces. Most evenings were spent dining in and gathering around the table for board games, after a rousing round of mini golf at nearby Pirate's Cove.As it turned out, 4 of my kids ended up having to spend most of the week working remotely and despite " "heavy traffic" , the Wi-Fi worked beautifully. The need to stay close to home made the availability of the heated pool, hot tub, and almost "backyard" beaches very special and frequently used.The gated community was safe, picturesque and lovely to stroll, especially with baby carriage and dog in tow. My husband and I took advantage of the less crowded road conditions found in June, to travel all around the Cape from the perfect mid cape location, and the whole crew spent a lovely day on the Vineyard.We also want to thank the owners for ordering amazing weather. All but 2 days were perfect 10's and the water off Whale Beach was warm enough to swim , even at this early date! Dealing with Alyssa and Ofer was an added plus- not only did they provide a perfect home and location for making great family memories, but correspondences and questions were always cheerfully and promptly answered. We will hopefully return again to the Cape and this home- as Alyssa calls it, and I agree- Paradise!

Large well designed home great for a three generation family to enjoy a beach vacation. The location within a gated community was quiet and relaxing with easy access to three beaches.

First off, the house was great. Nicely updated, good space, amenities were obvious and thorough. Lower level has 3 spacious bedrooms, including one with an en suite bathroom, and upstairs has a master and a study with a pullout. The house is on a large lot, so very private and quiet. We've stayed on great island several times before at different houses, and this was our preferred choice. We have a family of 6, and it was very comfortable. The hot tub was a nice treat, and when we had an issue with the chemical balance in the hot tub, the owner came out immediately to fix, followed by the hot tub maintenance person the next day. A pool in 2022 will be a huge plus!

For those who haven't stayed in this community before, it's great. 24/7 manned entrance is really nice to have, and the area has a laid back feel with close proximity to a couple of key, private beaches along the ocean side of Yarmouth. The house is no more than an 8 minute walk to each, and you can walk 15 minutes to Seagull Beach as well.

As a long time cape visitor from Rhode Island, this place is highly recommended!

This vacation home is truly MAGNIFICENT! We are a family party of grandparents, 2 sons and daughters-in-law, 2 children and one toddler. We all had a wonderful time there. It is a real joy to have so much room, so many bathrooms, and the kitchen was superb! One night we boiled up five 2-1/2 lb. lobsters using the stove's pot filler. Never have we been able to have our lobster nights with so much room to maneuver.

Great Island is perhaps the best location I've ever stayed on the Cape, and I've been going there for more than 60 years. All the beaches are between 3 and 5 minutes easy walk from the house. We made friends with the few families we met on Whale Rd. beach (unfortunate weather this year, but we are all stalwarts!). Because there were only 2 or 3 real beach days, we didn't go to White Gate Beach or Cove beach, but we took many walks around there. It's too bad one can't walk or bike to the south end of Great Island as it's a private community, but we understand, and we loved the Great Island gated community we were in for its safety and serenity.

We truly adored Great Island and, in particular, this beautiful and private home. We used the hot tub often. And the owners are putting in a pool in 2022!
