Close to amenities, shopping, mini golf, sunsets, walks. It has a full kitchen, dining room, living room. Great place to unwind, watch birds, turkeys, occasionally deer. There's an outside shower, with a deck.

The first floor has the primary bedroom, large living/dining area, and a bathroom. The second floor has a large bedroom with two queen beds and the second full bathroom.

Relax and unwind in the comfortable home, or go outdoors. There is a lovely screened porch and a patio, with a large yard, perfect for grilling, cocktails in the evening, playing ball with the kids. It's a clean home, full of love and charm.

Non-refundable $250.00 fee (includes administrative fee and damage waiver insurance) plus applicable state and local taxes.  Linen package is available at additional cost upon request.
