Woof Woof! Pets are welcome! Located just .9 miles from Cook's Beach, this charming Eastham rental can comfortably sleep 6 people in 3 bedrooms. On the main floor you will find a lovely updated kitchen which is open the dining area. A large dining table will easily sit you and your guests. Off of the kitchen / dining area is the TV room. A separate sitting area features plenty of comfy furniture. The main floor bedroom features a queen bed and an attached bath. Another full bath can be found on the main floor as well as a sun room. On the upper level are two more bedrooms, one with a queen and one with two singles. A spacious deck has outdoor dining and seating. A very large circular driving has plenty of room for you and your guests cars. Eastham is truly a magical vacation destination. Spend your days at the beach and your nights grilling dinner on a Weber grill under the stars. The home has full home AC with 5 wall mounted split units and a tv with ROKU in each bedroom so you can stream your own content. Saturday to Saturday rentals, seven night minimum during peak season. Pets are considered. Tenants provide their own linens and towels. Please inquire about multi week discounts. Applicable taxes and fees apply. Please inquire about 4 night minimums during the shoulder and off season! All Robert Paul Vacation Rental bookings include a non-refundable $250 fee that includes administrative fee and damage waiver insurance for self-reported incidental damage up to $1,000.00.

Great house for beach vacation

A Perfect Stay

My girlfriend and I stayed for 9 perfect days at 85 Oak Ridge Road,Eastham. It was everything we wanted in a place to stay. The place was in great shape and had a great layout. Plenty of common space; a living room, sitting room and an open kitchen and dining room We cooked a few times and found every utensil we needed. Plus there was a washer and dryer and several smart TVs. Circular driveway made going in and out easy. Even off season there was a large choice of restaurants. Shopping 5 minutes away in Orleans. Gym less than a mile with an Olympic pool,plenty of machines and even a climbing wall. Bike rental next to gym and rail trail so you don't have to go on roads The only negative was at least once a day but usually 2 or3 ti.es I had to listening to my girlfriend tell me how much she loved the placeThis review is the subjective opinion of a TripAdvisor member and not of TripAdvisor LLC.
