Situated .7 miles from Inman Road Beach, this smartly designed home has 3 bedrooms, 1.5 baths, air conditioning, an outdoor shower and sleeps 10 in beds. The main floor features the living room with gas fireplace, a sunroom with a dining area, the eat-in kitchen, a full bath and two bedrooms. The upper floor features the third bedroom with multiple sleeping options, a tv area and a half bath. The main floor has central AC and the upper floor has a window AC. The deck has outdoor dining and seating and a propane grill. As for the location, the house is nicely situated between the beach and Main Street, Dennisport, offering easy access to recreation and amenities! Tenants provide their own linens and towels. Available for year round bookings! 3 or 4 night minimums depending on the season and including the end of August! Saturday to Saturday during most of the peak season. Dogs are considered. No smoking please. Subject to all applicable taxes and fees. All Robert Paul Vacation Rental bookings include a non-refundable $250 fee that includes administrative fee and damage waiver insurance for self-reported incidental damage up to $1,000.00. Upon receipt of a booking request, an agent will reach out to discuss additional security protection which may be required at this property for multi-week bookings.

The house was well maintained and very clean upon arrival. Pictures from listing were exactly accurate. Location was great - relatively central on Cape Cod - roughly an hour to either point (Woods Hole in one direction, Provincetown in the other) and about 20 minutes to Hyannis. There was an issue mdi may through where the hot water did not work - within 3 hours of informing prop manager, a plumber arrived and the issue was fixed (on Labor Day Sunday).

Great stay for families. The property was spotless. The yard was a real plus - space to relax and have a BBQ, or morning coffee on the front porch. I highly recommend it!

Beautiful House for family vacation in the Cape

We had a wonderful time staying at this beautiful house in the Cape for our family vacation. The check in process was very easy as well as communication with the host. The house was clean, cozy and plenty of room for the 8 of us. We enjoyed cooking family dinners with the well stocked kitchen and relaxing on the back patio. The outdoor shower was amazing. Our doggies loved the backyard. Close to the beach, stores, restaurants - we had a wonderful time!

We thoroughly enjoyed our family vacation in this beautiful, immaculate, well-appointed home! This home offers everything one could need for a wonderful Cape Cod vacation. The location is close to so many beautiful beaches and wonderful restaurants--the Rooftop at the Pelham House Resort, Del Mar, 3 Monkeys and Sesuit Harbor Cafe to name a few. Inman Road Beach is just a short 15-20 minute walk away which was very convenient. We enjoyed every amenity in this terrific home especially the private backyard, great outdoor shower and evenings by the firepit. The property manager was exceptionally responsive to all of our inquiries. We highly recommend this home and hope to stay there again in the near future!
