Off of the kitchen there is a screened in porch with seating, and another dining table. Enjoy dinners outside without the bugs! In the backyard is a spacious deck and an enclosed outdoor shower. No pets allowed. Saturday to Saturday during the peak season with seven night minimum stays. During the shoulder and off seasons, four night minimum stays may be possible. Tenants provide their own linens and towels. Subject to applicable taxes and fees. All Robert Paul Vacation Rental bookings include a non-refundable $250 fee that includes administrative fee and damage waiver insurance for self-reported incidental damage up to $1,000.00.
