This 4 acre coastal rental home also has a heated pool salt water pool [ 18X36 } and hot tub. The Main home has six bedrooms [ 2 master suites ] six full baths and two half baths. Need more room, there is a cottage steps away that has four bedrooms and five full baths. Plenty of outdoor space with seating, two gas grills and a nice yard behind the cottage. Not far from restaurants and shops, this large home is perfect for your family gatherings. Please note that the main home has central air and the cottage has standing AC units. *** Pool is 3 feet in the shallow end and 8 feet in the deep end *** Robert Paul Vacation Rental bookings include a non-refundable $250 fee that includes administrative fee and damage waiver insurance for self-reported incidental damage up to $1,000.00. Upon receipt of a booking request, an agent will reach out to discuss additional security protection which may be required at this property. *** All applicable taxes and fees apply.

Our family stayed at this property for five weeks this summer and had a blast! The property is spacious and very nicely furnished, with both the third floor and the cottages allowing guests to have their "own space." The pool is also very nice and well heated. The location allows direct access to the beach, which is nice for walks though the seaweed make the swimming here slightly challenging. Dowses Beach is right down the street, however, and is honestly one of our favorite beaches in the world. There are two sides, one far calmer (on the bay side) and ideal for small children. The other side is also very nice and more of a traditional beach. Our kids loved trying to catch fish, crabs, etc. Osterville itself is a lovely and scenic area, with some great places to eat. Lastly, I would be remiss not to thank Michelle Sylvia of Robert Paul. This is our second year of working with Michelle, and she is fantastic! I have never known someone to respond as quickly to even small issues. She legitimately cares about your experience and well-being and even brought some gifts for our two children. This is our second year of renting from Robert Paul and I only have wonderful things to say about them.

Great vacation! House is beautiful! Michelle Sylvia was very easy to communicate with! Had a great time and will definitely rent again!!!
I cant say enough about the rental home we stayed at. It was clean, spacious and well stocked for family fun. There are 10 bedrooms, pool and a private beach. All close to the Village of Osterville and area fun.This review is the subjective opinion of a TripAdvisor member and not of TripAdvisor LLC.
