Upstairs is a large third bedroom with bonus sitting area. Outside in the partially fenced-in back yard is a wood burning fire pit with sitting area, propane grill, picnic table and outdoor shower to rinse off after a sandy day at the beach. Spend your days sunning and swimming and come home to relax while roasting marshmallows and making memories that will last a lifetime. Available for year round bookings! 3 or 4 night minimums depending on the season and including the end of August! Saturday to Saturday during most of the peak season. Dogs are considered. No smoking please. Subject to all applicable taxes and fees. All Robert Paul Vacation Rental bookings include a non-refundable $250 fee that includes administrative fee and damage waiver insurance for self-reported incidental damage up to $1,000.00.
