Located on a private peninsula at the mouth of Hyannis Harbor this 6 Bedroom, 4.5 bathroom home features endlessly fascinating and ever changing views of Lewis Bay and the inner workings of the harbor. Comfortably sleeping up to 12 guests in beds, everyone you invite to stay will spend their vacation in one of Cape Cod's premier luxury vacation homes.
The main floor of the home has an open living / dining / kitchen area. Walls of windows frame the sparkling water and boat traffic. Watch the ferries come and go and wave to everyone as they wonder: "Who is staying there?!" The kitchen features high end appliances and a butler's area. The main floor also features a laundry room, powder room and a guest room with an ensuite bathroom.
The upper floor of the home features the master bedroom with ensuite bathroom and private balcony, two guest rooms with a shared hallway bathroom and shared balcony, and an office.
The lower level of the home is a separate, private apartment accessible from the outside and features two more bedrooms, a full bathroom and its own dining, kitchen, living and laundry rooms.
Just steps down from your deck you will find the private beach and an expansive lawn area. (Please note, the jungle gym in the pictures will be removed before summer 2022 and the trampoline will be non-accessible for tenants.).
Located just over a mile away from Main Street, Hyannis, you will have easy access to scores of shops and restaurants. The ferries to the Islands are just over a mile away as well. The centralized location on Cape Cod offers quick access to the mid-Cape highway.
All linens and towels are provided for this rental. No pets allowed. No smoking allowed. Rental pricing subject to applicable taxes and fees. Please inquire for additional information. Seven night minimum, Saturday to Saturday during the summer season. Shorter stays may be available at reduced rates during the shoulder season. All Robert Paul Vacation Rental bookings include a non-refundable $250 fee that includes administrative fee and damage waiver insurance for self-reported incidental damage up to $1,000.00. Upon receipt of a booking request, an agent will reach out to discuss additional security protection which may be required at this property.
