Close to multiple Yarmouth beaches (.2 miles to Thachers Beach, .2 to Sea View Beach and .4 to Parker River Beach) and RT 28 and all of the restaurants and entertaining there, you will have no shortage of summer time fun awaiting you. Spend your days relaxing in the sun and surf! Come home and rinse off in the private outdoor shower before heading out for a round of mini-golf and dinner. Don't forget to try Capt. Parker's and their award winning clam chowder. The cottage has been newly renovated with central AC, WiFi, flatscreen cable TV and new mattresses and furniture. You and your guests will relax in comfort while being surrounded by the best that Cape Cod has to offer. Tenants supply their own linens and towels and pets are considered. Sat to Sat, seven night minimum rentals. Subject to applicable taxes and fees. All Robert Paul Vacation Rental bookings include a non-refundable $250 fee that includes administrative fee and damage waiver insurance for self-reported incidental damage up to $1,000.00.

The pluses, comvenient walk to the beach, central a/c, outside shower, decent size bedrooms, nice back yard and well kept, pet friendly Minuses, we had to buy gas for the grill the first day, living area small, no inside table to eat at(rained), small kitchen space.

It was so nice being only a short walk from three beaches, delicious food, and ice cream too! This home was perfect for our family of four and our black lab. Thank you for a wonderful week!
