16 Montello, Provincetown RP

This was our second time staying at this home, and we had another fantastic vacation. The location is perfect. Just a short walk to Commercial Street and all it offers, the town beach, and Liz's Cafe and Anyone's Bar and a short drive to the grocery store, and Herring Cove Beach. We love the layout of the home (and the artwork!). It is very comfortable and well-appointed.

The property manager, Gordon, was very responsive and incredibly helpful.

This was the perfect house for three couples plus a single to spare. Excellent privacy and generous common space. Immaculate throughout; appears to be newly renovated. Well appointed kitchen; all rooms nicely decorated. Situated on a quiet street yet only steps from the hustle and bustle of Commercial Street. Broker went the extra mile recovering a lost item after our departure

The house was as-described, beautifully renovated, super clean and in a top-notch location. We would definitely stay here again in the future. A+

16 Montello was a comfortable stay. There were three couples in their mid-50's who all own rental properties in our group. The interiors of the home were lovely and the house flows well. We enjoyed the back courtyard and grill/patio area - though it is a little confined and also shares space with the downstairs tenant.

The internet speed seemed sluggish at times. The televisions in the upstairs are fitted with cable boxes, but only receive about 5 channels - making them pretty useless.

NOTE - when you rent 16 Montello - you are never alone!
We had TWO unpleasant encounters with the downstairs tenant. In both cases - the tenant was short, gruff, and generally unpleasant bordering on hostile/aggressive.

While the location is nice and the house mostly comfy - if you're looking for a 3BR home to rent in Ptown, consider all your options. 16 Montello may not be worth the additional hassle from the downstairs tenant.

Really lovely home, and the rental agent was exceptional, especially during COVID confusion in April. He was so understanding and provided lots of helpful information and flexibility when we weren't sure what August was going to be like. When we arrived at the place, all windows were wide open and place had been well cleaned so we felt very comfortable. Also just a beautiful property that is thoughtful decorated and maintained. We had 2 small areas we wish were better: the outdoor space was very basic and bike parking was not easy. But overall really good experience.

This property is in an amazing location in the west end, convenient to everything! The space was beautiful and clean, and the property manager was very communicative when needed. Overall, had an amazing stay and would highly recommend!

The house is absolutely perfect — beautifully decorated, clean and ideal location. Scott made the process a breeze and was extremely helpful and accommodating.

Three couples shared this amazing home for Spookybear weekend and we couldn't have found a nicer place to stay. It's spacious, nicely updated, and was the perfect place to gather friends for a meal or play games on a rainy Saturday. It's a quick walk to the Boatslip or Gifford House, making it extra convenient. Plus, you can see Liz's Cafe from the kitchen window, so you knew when the line was short! Scott, the property manager is super responsive and answered all of our questions. The only small detail we'd change was to maybe increase the hot water temp. :) We'll definitely be returning.

We called this wonderful house our home for bear week 2018! It has everything you could need or want - contemporary interiors, a 2 minute walk to the action on Commercial Street, located on a quiet street for a restful sleep and the grocery store very close by. A well appointed kitchen, super comfortable beds, clean and bright shared space leave you wanting nothing! This is the house to stay when in Provincetown.definitely will be back in 2019!
