Large yard with seating once back inside on the first level is living room, office, powder room, master suite with a full bath. Head upstairs where there are three more bedrooms and a full bath. Lower level has TV room, bar and another full bath. Close to village and Dowses Beach. Beach pass is provided. *** Subject to all applicable taxes and fees.
HOME amenities outdoor shower, beach pass, beach towels, beach chairs, gas grill, drip coffee maker, all linens included starter supply of items for stay.

This home was beautiful and so well appointed. Everything was very well done. Best stocked kitchen I have seen in a rental. Lots of platters, wine glasses, great dishes etc. Furnishings and accessories looked like a photo shoot from Coastal Living. Backyard beautiful and peaceful. Ten min walk into Osterville village for coffee, shopping dining. Can walk to Dowses beach or 3 min ride. Great outdoor grill area. Great for family. Lover level with TV and pool table great for teenagers or young adults. great family room area in Kitchen, plus a separate LR and DR, and sunroom. Lots of places to gather or to get your quiet time. Street is quiet and great if you have kids. Have rented places all over country and several times in Osterville area and this is one of the best I have been too. We had seven adults and it was great for all. Bathrooms and kitchens like brand new and well done. Agent was very helpful answering questions and accommodating late arrival.This review is the subjective opinion of a TripAdvisor member and not of TripAdvisor LLC.

Our family had a great experience at 154 Scudder Rd. The house was a perfect size and had wonderful space to spread out, inside and out. The kitchen was amazing and well stocked with everything we could ask for to eat and cook every meal. The seating areas all around the house; the family room, the living room (did not need) and the cozy sun room were just enough space when we weren't outdoors. The patio area was lovely with an excellent grill/bar area and wonderful yard. And most importantly the bedrooms were perfect with lovely, comfortable bedding in each and every space. Thank you Michelle for answering all of our questions and making our stay enjoyable!
