This three bedroom, two and a half bath rental is located in the highly desirable Oyster Hills neighborhood of Osterville. Lovingly perched in an area that will give you easy access to the best that Osterville has to offer. Several beaches, including famous Craigville Beach and Dowses Beach, are located close by. Osterville Village, with plenty of quaint shops and restaurants, is just down the road. The hustle and bustle of Hyannis is an easy 10 minute drive away with dozens of dining and entertainment options. Want to take a trip to the islands? The ferries are an easy drive away to make day trips a breeze. The house features a comfortably updated kitchen with a bar sitting area. The dining room then flows direct into the living room with a lovely sitting area for watching tv or gathering together. The master bedroom with ensuite bath and queen bed is located on the main floor, as well as another bedroom with a queen bed. Upstairs you will find the third bedroom with 4 single beds. A large outdoor deck in the back has a dining area and grill for at home cooking. The whimsical outdoor shower on the side of the house makes rinsing off after the beach easy. Central A/C will keep you cool if needed on warm summer days. Seven night minimum during peak summer, Saturday to Saturday. No pets please. Tenants provide their own linens and towels.
