Come and enjoy this 4 bedroom, 3 bath contemporary style home, nestled halfway between Wellfleet Village and Mayo Beach! A great spot for your vacation getaway, as it allows both privacy and the convenience of being able to walk into town or to the pier, playground, Mayo Beach. There are 3 levels to this home. The lower level, (basement) has 1 bedroom with 2 twin beds; the main level has 1 bedroom with a queen sized bed, and the upper level has 2 bedrooms; one with a queen bed and one with 2 twin beds. Many nice amenities include: washer/dryer, dishwasher, Wi/Fi and an enclosed outside shower. This is a "pet friendly" rental so you are welcome to bring your well behaved dog, but please no cats. Non-refundable $250.00 fee (includes administrative fee and damage waiver insurance) plus applicable state and local taxes. Linen Package is available upon request with an additional cost.
