The sparkling Kitchen has a Center Island and All of the Upscale Accommodations for even the most-fussy of chefs. The living room has vaulted ceilings, a huge flat screen TV, and French Door opening to Spacious Deck overlooking a private backyard. There is an enclosed outdoor shower and gas Weber grill. The living area is situated on one floor and offers four bedrooms including a primary bedroom with a private bath and whirlpool. On the opposite end of this home you will find three additional bedrooms (two rooms with two twin beds each, one room with a queen bed) and a full bathroom with a tub. The wonderful finished lower level includes a Full Bar, sitting area with flat screen TV, ping pong table, Foosball table and skeeball. There is plenty of Room for Entertaining Indoors or Out with friends and family. NOTE: The boat racks are for owners use only! Non-refundable $250.00 fee (includes administrative fee and damage waiver insurance) plus applicable state and local taxes. Linen package is available upon request!

This house was amazing. The location was wonderful - quiet neighborhood, walk to the beach and close to the main road for food, ice cream and activities. The house was beautiful, better than any pictures. Perfectly clean upon arrival. Fully stocked kitchen with any platter or appliance you may need. There were 3 kids in our group and they had an absolute blast playing in the basement - plenty of toys, coloring stuff. We had an excellent time and would definitely rent again!

This house was great for my extended family to spend 2 weeks on the Cape. Perfect location - close to mini golf, ice cream, fried fish and the beach! The association beach is great for little kids, warm and shallow. The house has everything that you need from the well-stocked kitchen to the finished basement rec room filled with toys and games. And all the boys loved the outdoor shower.
