Central AC in the main house and new mini-split AC in the cottage will keep you and your guests cool on those balmy summer days.

Main house and cottage are freshly painted, with updated decor designed for a serene, time-slowing getaway - yet close to everything for Cape adventurers. This property is great for groups looking for a combination of privacy and outdoor gathering areas.
