Second floor features two additional guest rooms and full bath to service those rooms. Relax on the patio and enjoy the summer breezes overlooking the meticulous landscaping or take a short drive into Centerville Village (Four Seas Ice Cream, 1856 Country Store/Penny Candy, Centerville Playground), Craigville/Covell Beach or Main Street Hyannis to listen to live music or savor a fine meal at any of the exceptional local restaurants. Property comes with Landlord beach parking pass for the town of Barnstable beaches. Non-refundable $250.00 fee (includes administrative fee and damage waiver insurance) plus applicable state and local taxes. Linen package is available upon request at an additional cost.

I and my family have had our vacation in Hyannis and around 19 time. White Caps is the best. The location, amenities, cleanliness, customer service are perfect. I hope return here next summer.

Enjoyed a weeklong stay at this property in August. The house was conveniently located near the beach (3 min drive) and included beach passes to the local beach. The house is fully furnished both inside and out. We enjoyed the outdoor shower after a day at the beach. The central air made the house very comfortable, given the humidity of the summer. The private backyard was great for relaxing and enjoying dinner on the patio. The house is centrally located on the Cape and provides a quick drive to many other charming towns and beaches. We will definitely look to rent this property again.

House was clean and in a convenient location to grocery, liquor, and a short drive into Hyannis and the beaches. Beach pass was a huge plus and a must for our Cape Cod vacations. The outdoor shower was nice and hot and very refreshing but the surround was too low and the teenage girls did not feel comfortable using it.

This house is an excellent place for a short vacation! It has everything for the comfortable stay, we especially like the large outside patio, perfect to relax in the evening after a hot day, and the outdoor shower. We have been staying here for the third year and always have a great time.
Unfortunately we tan into several issues at this rental. The first was the fact that the cleaning crew was on the premises hwne we arrived and only spent about an hour there. This interrupted our easy chexk-in, as well as the fact that the place was not entirely cleaned. Had several other maintenance issues that we had to contact the owner about. Feel house was not well maintained and felt we should have had the cleaning fee refunded.
