Located in the highly coveted Seabrook Shores neighborhood of Mashpee, this 3 BED / 3 BATH home sleeps 6 comfortably in beds with over 3,200 sq ft of living space. Featuring a resort style, fenced-in backyard with a heated, salt water pool, attached waterfall spa and wood burning fire pit you and your guests will spend your vacation relaxing in luxury. The main floor of the home is made up of the open concept kitchen/living/dining areas as well as the bedrooms and two full bathrooms. The primary bedroom has a king bed and an ensuite bath with a large glass and tile shower and soaker tub. The other two guest rooms have one queen bed in each and are serviced by a hallway full bathroom. The expansive lower level has additional seating areas, a plush TV area, another full bathroom and a wet bar. An exercise area features a Peloton bike, yoga mats and hand weights. On those rainy days, use the large card table to gather the family over a puzzle or board games! The lower level has easy direct access up a staircase to the pool area so making drinks and using the bathroom doesn't require going into the main floor! The layout of the home offers great options for relaxing, entertaining and working (if you have to do some work on your vacation!). Located 4.2 miles away from South Cape Beach, you can spend the day sunning and surfing and then come back to rinse off in the enclosed outdoor shower. Just 3 miles from Mashpee Commons and 7.9 miles to Main Street Falmouth where worlds of fine dining and shopping await! As for amenities, the home features everything a vacationer is looking for: beach chairs, beach umbrella, beach coolers, central air conditioning throughout the home... the list goes on. Sat. to Sat., seven night minimum rentals only during peak season. Five night minimum rentals in shoulder season. No pets, please. All linens and towels are provided. Subject to applicable taxes and fees. All Robert Paul Vacation Rental bookings include a non-refundable $250 fee that includes administrative fee and damage waiver insurance for self-reported incidental damage up to $1,000.00. Upon receipt of a booking request, an agent will reach out to discuss additional security protection which may be required at this property.

We had an incredible stay & can’t wait to return next yr! Stunning property that is impeccably maintained both inside & out. Great location & close by many places, so perfectly situated for day trips to Martha’s Vineyard etc. The property is super clean, all rooms & beds were very spacious & comfortable. The kitchen area is very open & has all the modern appliances you need for full entertainment. Plus you have the enjoyment of a beautiful pool, patio, bbq to enjoy outdoors. Highly recommend this property!

This amazing house was perfect for our family’s summer vacation! It is clean, beautifully decorated with an open and airy beach vibe. The location was perfect for exploring the area — easy access to the ferry to Martha’s Vineyard, Falmouth, and close to Mashpee Commons for shopping and dinning. We spent one day at South Cape Beach which was a short drive. Our family loves the beach but it was so nice to be able to come back to the house and enjoy the private pool and whirlpool. On the days we weren’t exploring a different town or a new restaurant, we stayed home and enjoyed cooking in the modern kitchen or barbecuing and eating dinner poolside. The private backyard is lovely and the perfect place to read a book and relax, swim, or sit by the fire and talk about the fun you had that day. There is plenty of space for everyone in the family. Can’t wait to go back and visit again soon!

This property was an excellent choice for our girls’ getaway weekend. The house is lovely inside & out, with a huge outdoor pool, a jacuzzi, and an outdoor fire pit that were a very enjoyable part of our weekend. The grill & sitting area make a wonderful place to enjoy an entire evening of food, fun, and drinks! We were impressed by the level of privacy we had, and thoroughly enjoyed the large, well-appointed kitchen. There’s so much space and so many rooms, that we all could’ve brought our children with us! One of our other favorite things: all the bathrooms were top notch!The location was ideal because we were close to delicious restaurants, the ferry to Martha’s Vineyard, and wonderful boutique shopping. Nearby towns are charming and also offer multiple dining options. We will definitely stay here again.
