One mile to Surf Drive beach, short walk to Falmouth Harbor and the ferries for a day trip to Martha's Vineyard. Easy access to downtown for shopping and dining at one of the many restaurants and a short distance to the Shining Sea bike path. Great location for exploring all that Falmouth has to offer.
