This cozy Dennis Port home features 3 bedrooms and 1.5 baths and sleeps up to 7 comfortably. The first floor features a spacious living area, fully equipped eat-in kitchen, and a cute den off of the kitchen for lounging. The first floor offers two bedrooms, one with a queen bed and a one with 2 twins. There is also a full bathroom on the first floor with a tub/shower combination. Upstairs is a third bedroom/loft area with 3 twin beds and a half bath. In the back there is a deck with a grill and enclosed outdoor shower. All this and it's less than a mile to Haigis beach in Dennis port on beautiful Nantucket Sound. ** Pet Restriction: well-behaved, groomed animals considered. Please inquire. 3 night minimums available for an added $180 cleaning fee. 7 nights or more includes the cleaning fee. Non-refundable $250.00 fee (includes administrative fee and damage waiver insurance) plus applicable state and local taxes. Linen package is available at additional cost upon request.

Property condition
The house was terrific for a family. Lots of beds. The kids loved having their "suite" upstairs and their own bathroom. The central AC was a delight. Close to the beach and nice desk and BBQ. The only thing is that because it is a Pet friendly house, the cleaners need to be more rigorous. There were pet hairs on all upholstered furniture and lots of pet hair dust bunnies under in the room corners.
