The living room creates a space where you can catch up on the day or plan out the next Cape adventure or relax to watch the weather on the 55" TV. Prepare your meals in the fully equipped kitchen. Enjoy eating in the splendor of central air conditioning or relax outside to take in the fresh ocean breezes. There is a lovely main bedroom with en suite bath on the first floor along with two additional guest rooms and full bath; the lower level has another full bath and game room to enjoy a game of pool or ping pong. Better yet…watch a movie or favorite sports station. Best of all, you are less than 2 miles to the white sands and sunsets of Grey's Beach! This is truly a wonderful home to enjoy your Cape vacation. Non-refundable $250.00 fee (includes administrative fee and damage waiver insurance) plus applicable state and local taxes.. Linen package is available upon request at an additional cost.

The entire experience was great and seamless. The realtor was excellent to deal with and the property was clean, updated and close to everything. There is a market in walking distance (very convenient) and Mayflower beach (along with others) are less than a 10 minute drive. Would highly recommend!

Lots of room inside and outside. We had 6 adults and had plenty of room to sleep, eat, have fun, shower, etc. Beds were comfy and showers were nice. Great location near 6A, beaches, shops, restaurants, and easy access to main streets/Route 6. We look forward to spending time there again next year.

The rental was fine, located very close to a small shopping center and an ice cream stand. The location was a little remote for access to our favorite town, Chatham, but OK. We had good weather, the crowds were small, and we had a good week.
I really enjoyed our stay at this house. It was spotless and very comfortable. The living room was a great size and a great hangout space. The kitchen was very well equipped. My only complaint was that the kitchen/dining room needed better lighting. The beds were very comfortable and the rooms a good size. Central air was fabulous. I loved the back patio. The flowering trees were beautiful and attracted lots of butterflies. A wonderful place to read and relax. The location was also lovely. Overall, I would highly recommend.
