On the LOWER LEVEL there are 3 bedrooms, one with a double bed, one with 2 twin beds and the third bedroom/TV room has a two chairs that convert to either two twins or one king bed and a full bath with tub and shower and a separate laundry room. On the UPPER LEVEL there is a bedroom with a queen bed and an adjoining bath with tub and shower as well as an open living area. The dining/living areas have great views of the tidal estuary with sliders leading to the large deck that runs along two sides of the house. The kitchen is also located on this level and is fully equipped with dishwasher and microwave. It is about a 10 minute drive to Wellfleet Center and the Harbor as well as to the ocean, bay and fresh water pond beaches.
